Atlanta Hates Us is an Atlanta skateboarding website. I [ryan] started this site in 2005 to show just skate photos of the homies and put up some news.

It has been over a couple years now and things have changed a little, but maintaining the same focus. This is V.4 of AHU and its still just an ugly looking blog, but looking a bit different in a “mother could only love” way.

2008 is looking good. I don’t seem to post as much anymore, and Scott Wagoner is holding down the video clips. We might have an addition to the site this year if we can afford the high dollar signing bonus that skate media athletes demand.

As for the banners on the right hand side of the site, they are NOT paid advertising. These are folks that have done, are doing, and continue to support Atlanta, the homies, and myself. That can mean anything from sending some product for our events or myself, which I love of course, to backing my friends and helping them do what they want to do. Don’t ask me for a banner, I will ask you. Well, if you know you deserve one then ask me because i might have not sent an email asking because I’m lazy sometimes, or the email I sent could have gotten lost in your shit box.

Also, you may send anything via email you feel we should post (i.e. flyers for events, news, whatever.). Keep it Atlanta related. We will try to post it in a timely manner, so don’t send me a flyer the day of the thing your doing as I like to think I have better shit to do than rush home to post some shit to a blog. So don’t get mad at me if your contest or video is going to be the best-whatever-ever this Saturday and you send me a flyer on Friday. That makes you lazy, not me. As for random news, clips, and photos of your random homie….uhhhhh probably forget it. Remember, just do what you do because you like to do it. Or just send it to me because I do like to look at that stuff. Maybe I’ll post it. Maybe. Probably have a better chance if you host it on Vimeo or Youtube and send me the link so I can link it.
