This day was cursed. JT had found this rail he wanted to crooked grind. The first time we show up, all is well until a damn hurricane-style gang of wind rolls through. So we come back the next day. JT tries the rail a number of times over the course of maybe 45 minutes. During that time, I’m going with the 16mm which eventually runs out of film. Then the GL2 runs out of batteries. Then the VX-1000 suffers a series of glitched out malfunctions that pulverize the viewfinder and exposure controls. This is of course when he makes the trick. And this whole time, there’s no getting kicked out. Which is funny because we actually had to open the door to the hotel so he could get more room to run and throw down. I’m pretty sure the photo came out though.
