It’s about time, I know, but thanks for hanging in there. So this is the new look of Atlanta Hates Us and I would now like to take you on a tour.
This is the main content area and in it will be the 5 most recent posts, with the most recent being at the top and in full format. The other 4 will be excerpts that you can click the title of, or the “continue reading” link, to free the post from its confines.
Down below the 5 most recent posts you will see the Isht section with small bits of news, random links, and just general info. To the right of that is the Jam section which will be updated with a new song every few days or week or whatever.
Up top in the menu bar are a few drop-downs. The first being the archives which can lead you to all the prior posts either by date, category, month, or just everything. Then there is the link section with some links to folks I felt like linking to. Next to that is the search section, which is actually pretty cool. Just try it. Then we have the mandatory about and contact sections. Feel free to hit us up with whatever you got in the contact section.
Did I just say us? Yes sir I did. I have a few things in the “works” some might happen, some might not, but right off the bat, out the gate, and fresh off the boat Scott Wagoner is on board with some video viewers for ya’ll.
There is still a little work to be done, I do know it takes a bit longer than it should to load but hopefully that will be fixed soon. I believe that the entire prior content from AHU v.1 has made the transition, some better than others, but the formatting will surely be different (jacked actually). I was going to toss it all and start from scratch but I think it’s a good idea to keep it all for the memories. What good is a blog if you dump it every year right?
